Servage offers 24/7 live support for you – either via chat and via support ticket. In addition to our live support agents, Servage runs an elaborated Helpdesk tool in order to provide additional help to our customers. Our Helpdesk has several hundreds posts and gives you information, guide and help all around your Servage control panel. Go to https://helpdesk.servage.net/ to open the Helpdesk tool.
The tool has two functions:
- a search function (similar to a search engine)
- an overview of the existing categories where you can choose the category/subcategory/post directly without using the search function
a) On top of the tool, you find a search function where you can enter keywords to find related posts. Just enter your keyword. Our system will show you all posts related to that keyword:

Just click on the search result which you are interested in. Our system will show you the post and you can read it, accordingly.

b) Alternatively to the search function, you find the categories in our Helpdesk system listed further below on the Helpdesk page:
Just click on the category you are interested in. You will then see the subcategories which hold the posts with useful information.
One hint for the use of the search function in the Helpdesk tool: If you are not sure what you are looking for, you can apply % before and after the query. For example %data% gives you all results which hold terms like “database”, “data” etc.
