This is stated in Verisign's Domain Name Industry Brief report for the third quarter of 2018. In the new Servage control panel, we offer automated back ups - files and databases are stored in between 7 - 14 days by snapshots. The following information gives you an instruction how to restore the files and databases via SSH from the back up system. For each Servage hosting account, we provide one SSH account.
